Les Hauts de l'Estuaire is a charming 100 m² holiday home with a private entrance, set in a renovated Charentaise house on the heights of Boutenac-Touvent. Enjoy the peaceful countryside, surrounded by vineyards on a 2,000 m² wooded plot, just 15 minutes from Meschers beaches and 20 minutes from Royan and Saint-Georges-de-Didonne. The Atlantic coast is easily accessible via the scenic route along the Gironde estuary. On the ground floor, you'll find two spacious rooms: a 26 m² open-plan kitchen with fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, oven, and gas stove, and a 34 m² living room with direct access to the garden and terrace, a large stone fireplace with wood stove, and exposed beams. Tiled floors and thick walls keep the house cool in summer. Upstairs, there are two comfortable bedrooms: one 13 m² with a double bed and wardrobe, and one 14 m² with two single beds and a chest of drawers. All bedding is new and high quality. Two extra beds can be added in the bedrooms or on the adjoining mezzanine. The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet, and storage. The house offers a large garden, terrace, and ample parking. Amenities include iron and ironing board, electric kettle, coffee maker, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, and hairdryer. Nearby, discover the beaches of Meschers (12 km), Royan, and Saint-Georges-de-Didonne (about 25 minutes). Visit Talmont-sur-Gironde, one of France’s most beautiful villages (10 km), or the small port at Mortagne-sur-Gironde (3.5 km). Saint-Serin d’Uzet, famous for Gironde caviar, is also worth a visit. Access is 30 minutes from the A10 Paris/Bordeaux motorway, exit Pons, then towards Gémozac.
